Paralegal and Director of Practice Support
Niki L. Erdner
For Niki Erdner, achieving balance requires hard work and a disciplined approach. One would expect nothing less from a law firm manager and yoga studio owner.
Armed with a bachelor’s degree in art history, and master’s degree in public history, Ms. Erdner came to Very Law and secured a Paralegal Certificate, quickly rising to manage the firm's entire support staff. She assists attorneys in all facets of litigation, conducting research, drafting documents, and communicating with clients and courts.
Her education may appear unusual for someone in her position, but it actually makes perfect sense. Studying art and museum composition requires extensive research experience, while sharpening the ability to organize, synthesize, and convey that information in ways accessible to anyone – the exact skills Ms. Erdner practices every day.
The first staff member hired at the firm, she accepts that her responsibilities can be challenging, but gladly states that the working environment makes it easier. Hard work, intense focus, stretching one’s boundaries to achieve success and balance. That has been the foolproof formula for this yoga master and law firm administrator.
