Nick DiNardo knows the judicial system literally from every angle.

After starting out in private practice, he worked as a law clerk for a Washington County judge, performing research, writing opinions, and gaining perspective from the various styles applied among attorneys – not to mention obtaining invaluable insight from a judge’s point of view. From there, Mr. DiNardo then advanced through the two appellate levels of Pennsylvania’s court system – continuing his role as a judicial law clerk with the Pennsylvania Superior Court, and even the state’s highest court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, where he wrote internal memoranda for the Chief Justice.

He has been involved with cases and worked with judges at every level in Pennsylvania, a rare claim to be able to make.

As Managing Associate Attorney with Very Law, Mr. DiNardo applies this varied and valuable experience to lead the legal team, monitoring progress of cases toward resolution and providing direction on addressing client matters, all to ensure high-quality representation for every client. He performs these duties while expertly handling his own cases across a wide range of practice areas, remaining committed to assisting his fellow citizens in their most challenging times.

He attributes his dedication to comprehensive and compassionate legal representation to his family’s heritage. Proud of his blue-collar Mon Valley roots, begun by an Italian great-grandfather who came to this country and worked as a coal miner, Mr. DiNardo believes that being as responsive and proactive for his clients as possible represents the best way to honor that legacy.

It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light.
