Hailing originally from California, where his attorney father served as a judge on the state Superior Court, Mr. Roesch attended college in Vermont and worked as an organizer with the Service Employees International Union. He then came to Harrisburg, representing nurses and hospital staff with SEIU Healthcare Pennsylvania.

After a decade in the labor movement, Mr. Roesch earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh and began representing a variety of clients involved in civil and criminal cases. Mr. Roesch brings a comprehensive perspective to the practice of law, having worked closely with rank-and-file workers, individuals facing threats to their liberty in criminal matters, people impacted by alleged police misconduct, and many more instances where the application of justice held sway.

At Very Law, he serves as a key contributor to the firm’s client-first approach, listening carefully and respectfully, and pursuing the most effective course to achieve a satisfactory, swift, and equitable outcome. Having represented clients all over Western Pennsylvania from Erie to Uniontown for nearly a decade, Mr. Roesch also offers a working knowledge and familiarity with the justice system in this region, to the benefit of his clients.

He lives in suburban Pittsburgh with his family, and enjoys fishing and cooking with them. You might say the importance of family is in his blood, as well.

All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.
